Ingriediants
4 medium apples, cored & diced. 1 tablespoon plus,
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup halved seedless grapes 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (or
silvered almonds) 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup mayonnaise or sald dressing 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 cup whipped cream
Freshly ground Nutmeg to taste.
Directions 1. Add the apples to a large bowl, and sprinkle them with 1 Tablespoon
of the lemon juice, Add the celery, grapes, walnuts, and rasins. 2. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sugar, and
1 teaspoon of the lemon juice. 3. In another bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the mayonnaise
mixture. 4. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the apple mixture and sprinkle the top lightly with nutmeg. Cover and
